I had a great stay at the central holiday park in Whangarei. The beds were comfortable, nice for a good night's sleep. I enjoyed being able to cook breakfast in the morning and be ready for the wedding we attended. The location was perfect for our trip and worked well for catching up with family members in the area.

The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the town center, which made it easy to get around. The staff were also friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable. the daily replenishment of tea, coffee, and sugar added a nice touch of hospitality.
The facilities could use some improvement, especially the maintenance of the units. We experienced a dodgy window latch and a mildew smell caused by a leak.

Fresh, peaceful, quiet, tidy grounds, pretty flower beds, non-noisy ducks.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around, with everything just a short walk away. the facilities in the room are adequate and the staff members are helpful and friendly. the room is clean and the bed is comfortable, allowing you to get a good night's sleep.
There may be some challenges with the bathroom as it seems to be separate from some of the rooms, which might make it difficult to access at times, especially if the weather is unfavourable.

Great stay for the New Year! the entry was a bit dark, but once inside, the facilities were fantastic. the bed was comfortable, and the room was super clean and warm. the kiosk allowed easy internet access, and the staff were excellent, making our stay very enjoyable. We also loved the lovely flower beds dotted throughout the property, making it lovely to return to each night. the location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed.
The stairs were a bit difficult for this senior, but they were manageable. We also found it less than ideal that we had to return by 10:30 pm due to the gate being locked, but we understand that it was for security purposes.

We had a great stay at this hotel, with our unit situated well away from road noise and close to lovely flower beds. The communal areas were always clean and had everything we needed, including dishcloths and teatowels changed daily. The hotel is also conveniently located, only a short walk to the city center and transportation hub.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
